Toolbar

The toolbar icons are divided into groups similar (but not identical) to the menu sections.

• File

  • New. Creates a new model.

  • Open. Loads a model from a file.

  • Save. Saves model in the default format

  • Save All. Saves all models in the default format

• Edit

  • Geometry. Measures and edits geometric parameters of the model.

  • Move model. Moves the whole model in space.

  • Reset viewpoint along Z axis. Resets the camera position.

  • Build crystal. Replicates the model and generates the three-dimensional lattice.

  • Edit sequence. Edits molecular chains.

• Analyse

  • Information. Provides useful information about the models and program status.

• Window

  • Tile. Arranges the visualization windows with no overlap.

  • Cascade. Arranges the windows as a cascade.

  • Scroll bars. Shows the scroll bars.
